What records does your company have?

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Good questions.
Clear expectations.

What kinds of records could qualify?

Examples include CRM history, support tickets, project histories, knowledge bases, and documented procedures. Records showing decisions, problem-solving, and complete workflows may be more useful than a simple list of contacts. The buyer determines suitability.

How much could my company receive?

The data partnership program we introduce advertises potential company payouts of $100,000 to $2 million or more for approved data packages. This is an advertised range, not an estimate or a guaranteed minimum for your company. Any offer depends on the buyer’s evaluation and agreed terms.

What about customer information and confidentiality?

Do not send confidential records through this form. Before any transfer, your company should establish what it is permitted to license and review the buyer’s security, de-identification, access, and use terms. Removing names does not necessarily resolve every confidentiality obligation.

Do I keep ownership, and how long is the license?

The program says companies keep ownership of their underlying data. License duration, permitted uses, exclusivity, retention, and deletion rights must be confirmed in the buyer’s agreement.

What is Seven 31’s role?

We help explain the opportunity and, if there is a potential fit, introduce you to the data buyer through the required referral process. The buyer evaluates records, makes any offer, and handles the licensing agreement. Seven 31 may receive a referral fee if a qualifying partnership is completed.

Am I committing to anything by inquiring?

Submitting this form makes no data licensing commitment. You are asking Seven 31 to contact you. A separate buyer application and evaluation are required before a potential licensing agreement.
